I am currently limiting my teaching to private Zoom classes and a few in-person group Yogabilities™ classes. Winter in-person 2024 Yogabilities classes begin 1/4/24 at Lifeworks in Norwood, MA.
I also offer personalized guided relaxation audio recordings to help with anxiety and stress and to encourage healthy sleep. These audios are custom designed for individuals and after your purchase you will own them and can play them over and over.
